Immupure will ship to addresses in the Continental United States, as well as internationally. The customer is responsible for shipping/handling/insurance costs. All orders are sent with standard shipping and are delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS), unless otherwise noted or requested. For international shipments, please contact us for shipping costs. When all items are in stock, we will ship your order to you within 7 to 10 business days after you place the order. If for any reason your order will be delayed, you will be notified. For security reasons, we will not ship to P.O. boxes. We offer the following shipping methods:

Returns & Exchanges

Immupure wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If upon arrival, you are not pleased with your purchase, you must contact Immupure within 15 days to receive a return authorization. Contact can be made through e-mail or by calling 800-807-8823. Immupure will acknowledge your return request within three (3) days after receipt and will provide you with the instructions on how to return your item(s).

You must ship the item(s) within three (3) days of the acknowledgement from Immupure. The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured for its purchase price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Immupure recommends you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between the buyer and Immupure. Immupure will not accept UPS Collect packages. Once Immupure receives the returned item, as originally sent, we will issue a full refund, except shipping and handling costs. Refunds may take up to four weeks to process. For credit card order, please allow one or two statements for credit to appear.

Damaged items are handled separately. Please do not return items damaged in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance. Upon receipt of a damaged item, contact Immupure and alert us of the damage. Contact can be made through e-mail: info@immupure.com or by calling 800-807-8823. Upon receipt of the information, Immupure will provide you with instructions.

We will accept items for return or exchange within 45 days of purchase. Items will be refunded for the price shown on your receipt. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

The prices displayed on this web site are quoted in U.S. currency. Prices are subject to change at any time. A sales tax and shipping & handling charge will be determined by the ship-to address of the order and automatically added.
