Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard domestic delivery usually arrives within 3–7 business days, with expedited options available at checkout. International delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs clearance or carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may not be eligible for shipment to specific locations due to legal or logistical limitations. If we are unable to fulfill delivery to your location, you will be notified and the order will be cancelled.
2. Returns
Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at shop@immupure.com within 14 days of delivery for return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Immupure is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Conditions
Returned products must remain unopened, unused, and in original condition.
3. Refunds
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We may request photos for verification. Immupure will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
